A flexible workplace

We recognise that people face competing demands of work and family in today’s society. To recruit and retain people that would be assets to our business, we seek to offer a flexible workplace environment that works for both the employee and our business. To illustrate this we offer full time, part time, casual and job share opportunities at various times.

We’ll help you with your studies

We strongly encourage and support further education. If you wish to commence study or are currently undertaking study at TAFE, University or an institution that we recognise you may be eligible to receive study assistance  including:

• Study and examination leave
• Time off granted, where this is operationally possible.
• Reimbursement of fees and allowances for text books.

Development and Training

We have an Employee Performance and Development system which acts as an individual development plan for each employee. The system provides employees with development opportunities and encourages them to implement a career plan, develop skill-sets and interests.

One of our main priorities is to develop and train our employees. To illustrate this, we have sponsored many of our employees through the Certificate IV in Financial Services.

If you are a school leaver and interested in a career in financial services or information technology we may be able to offer you the opportunity to participate in a Traineeship.
