Landlords Cover will safeguard both your property and the revenue it generates by covering up to 15 weeks' default on rent and up to 6 weeks rental default for the departure of a tenant without notice. We can also provide protection against malicious damage and legal expenses and cover your legal liability as the owner of the insured investment property.
