EFTPOS

Whether you are paying for your groceries or treating yourself to something special, EFTPOS is an easy and convenient payment method. Save time by withdrawing additional money while using EFTPOS facilities available with My Credit Union cards.

BPAY

No one likes paying bills. It's a real pain. For most people, paying in person or by mail is out of the question. Who's got the time?

Now there's another way that's better. BPAY. Because with BPAY, you can pay all those tiresome bills in one hit - over the phone or over the Internet around the clock, 365 days a year. Easier. Faster. Better.

Just look for the BPAY symbol on your household bills. BPAY gives you total control over your payments – and can be used over the Internet, phone or at your local branch.

To use BPAY with Phone Banking

Simply call 1300 655 116 and select option 1 to connect to Phone Banking. You can then select option 4 and follow the easy instructions on the automated system. It is so easy!

To use BPAY with Internet Banking

The best thing about Internet BPAY is that it is visual, so you can see what you are typing. So while you're surfing the web, you can also take a quick detour to pay an unlimited number of bills. And you needn't worry about security either. Internet BPAY has been specifically designed to protect your funds from unauthorised access.
Once you have registered for Internet Banking, simply log onto Internet Banking, choose Payments and Transfers, then select BPAY, fill in the bill details and your bill will be paid directly from your account.
When you are paying your bills over the internet you can even schedule your bills to be paid on a once off basis or even weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Personal Cheque Book

If you need to pay large sums of money or need to send payments via the mail, then personal cheques may be the solution for you. You can attach a cheque book to your every day account as a secure form of payment.

Direct Debits

Take the hassle out of remembering to pay your bills with Direct Debits. For recurring bills, simply arrange with the service provider to have funds automatically debited from your My Credit Union account. Its so easy to set up and all you need is the BSB and account details!

Payroll Deductions

Our payroll deduction service takes the hassle out of budgeting. Arrange transfers into any number of your My Credit Union accounts, including loans and insurance. Your payroll deduction can be automatically distributed between your different My Credit Union accounts.

Periodical Payments

Use this service to set up a regular automatic payment to a specified person or organisation, whether is be a one-off payment or a recurring payment.
