How do I make withdrawals from my fixed term account?Withdrawals cannot be made until the Term Investment has matured. Just prior to maturity you will receive a letter advising that your term investment will soon be due to mature, if you do not wish to change anything, your term investment will automatically roll over for re-investment. If you wish to make any changes, you can do so up to 10 working days after maturity, changes can be made in branch, mail or fax. How often will I receive information on my saving and fixed term accounts?Statements are issued quarterly or as requested. You will receive information of your Fixed Term Accounts as they are near maturity. Account balances are available through our Internet and Phone Banking services and statements are available through our Internet banking service.^ Duplicate statements can be requested at any time; however a fee does apply for duplicate statements. |
